  • Oversaw development of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning plans for education, digital solutions, and human rights projects, including creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics

  • Facilitated Theory of Chain and strategic planning with leadership to design program activities based in evidence and outcomes. Reviewed and edited proposals and grants to assure alignment

  • Trained and coached international teams on data collection, analysis and reporting for USAID’s Data.FI public health program. Reviewed project work plans and activities, and drafted progress reports

  • Conducted research related to the competitive landscape of online media in Senegal, as well as the priorities of consumers of Senegalese media. Determined format, content and layout of the website. This work also set the baseline for AbidjanPlus.com in Cote D’Ivoire

  • Wrote Expressions of Interest to solicit business for LTL from USAID’s Tanzanian and Rwandan missions
